De formation classique (Maîtrise de Radio-France), Sandrine découvre la musique du monde adolescente et tombe plus particulièrement amoureuse des chants bulgares. Elle décide quelques années plus tard de s'installer à Sofia pour profiter de l'enseignement de grands musiciens et chanteuses.
Pendant 4 années, elle parcourt le pays et se ballade dans les Balkans, notamment en Serbie où elle fait la connaissance de la chanteuse Svetlana Spajic.
Elle se constitue alors un petit répertoire, et partage la scène avec de nombreux artistes, là-bas, puis à son retour en France, au sein de diverses formations vocales telles que le Trio Tzane (polyphonies des Balkans), et le groupe Ten Printed (spectacle "sur le fil du sacré").
Sa passion pour le voyage la conduit dans bon nombre de contrées du monde où elle n'a de cesse de s'enrichir et d'apprendre auprès d'artistes fabuleux tels qu'Efren Lopez (Espagne), Kutla Khan (Inde), Fatimazora Lahlou (Maroc), Yoko Fujimoto (Japon), ...
Elle commence à composer sa propre musique, nourrie de toutes ces rencontres et sort son premier disque sous son nom en septembre 2013 ("Don't Take My Head").
Born in Paris in 1979
After having spent her childhood singing within the Chorus of Radio France,,she discovers the musics of the world when turning 17 in the song workshop of Martina Catella (school of Globe Trotters) et plunges into learning more specifically the Bulgarian way of singing
Later while in parallel to studies of ethnomusicology at Paris IV University and in order to finish her Master Degree on Bulgare women songs,she decides to settle down in Sofia ,in order to benefit of the teaching of important musicians and singers such as Atanas Valchev and Yanka Rupkina.
She stayed in Bulgaria for 4 years and in the Balkan countries during 10 years This period has been have marked by strong musical encounters,specially in Serbia with the female singer Svetlana Spajic.
Back to paris in 2007 she will sing for 4 year as a member of the trio Tzane (Balkan Polyphonies with Xanthoula Dakavanou and Hacer Toruk) and will tour in France (“ The night of improvisation at Theatre du Chatelet” “ Festival of Polyphoniques in Calvi “Corsica and a tour in the Balkans :Grece Turkey Bulgaria in order to present their latest CD “Gaitani” (naïve 2010)
Some other trips (India ,Morocco Japan ) gave her the envy to sing more traditional pieces as those created for the trio Ten Printed (pluridisciplinar show centered on the Holyness this done together with the Ouighur dancer Mukaddas Mijit and the mongol vieliste Bouzhigmaa Santaro but also to compose her own music (pluridiscplinary show

The desire to set up her show centered on her own compositions, has started in summer 2011 at the Festival of Musical Chairs of Ebony quator ,followed by her first album under her name(titled don’t take my head) by end 2012 done together with 15 guests musicians friends .
